Welcome to fam.army! Before you start using our services, please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
By accessing or using fam.army, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
fam.army offers a decentralized social-finance platform that allows users to engage in various activities related to decentralized finance (DeFi). This includes but is not limited to, managing social profiles, participating in discussions, sharing information, and engaging in decentralized financial activities.

The services provided by fam.army are on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall fam.army be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
fam.army reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
fam.army reserves the right to update and change these Terms at any time. Updated versions of the Terms will be posted on the fam.army website. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Users of fam.army are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of automated activity, commonly known as botting, which includes but is not limited to, the use of scripts, macros, or any automated system to interact with our platform. Users are also prohibited from exploiting any vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches within the system to gain unfair advantages or disrupt the normal operation of fam.army.
Any user found to be involved in botting or exploiting the platform will face immediate termination of their account without notice. fam.army reserves the right to take legal action against individuals or entities involved in such activities.
We rely on the vigilance and cooperation of our users to report any suspicious activity related to botting or exploiting. If you suspect any user of violating this clause, please report the incident to support@fam.army immediately.
